Dear Parents and Guardians

Welcome to Heavenly Care Child Development Center, where we nurture young minds with love, compassion, and guidance that feels heaven-sent. We’re honored to partner with you in your child’s early learning journey. To ensure the best experience for your little one, we ask that you keep open communication with us, arrive on time for drop-off and pick-up, participate in center activities, provide all necessary labeled items, and keep your child home when they’re unwell. Together, we’ll create a safe, joyful, and enriching environment for your child to grow and thrive.

Enrollment

  • Registration form with emergency phone numbers (MasterCard)
  • Completed, up-to-date immunization records.
  • Parent acknowledgments signed and dated
  • Names and Driver’s License numbers of all adults that will be picking up your child
  • At least a week’s supply of pull-ups or diapers (Pull-ups must be pull-a-part)
  • At least one change of seasonal clothing: underwear, socks, shirts & pants
  • A box of wipes per month (Unscented/Fragrance-Free)
  • A box of Kleenex per month
  • A blanket
  • Two plain white oversized T-shirts for artwork (Size – Boy’s Large)
  • Registration Fee and 1st Week Tuition
